Payments to sellers will be processed via Stripe within 30 days, but typically around 7-14 days. Artr is not responsible for chargebacks or disputes between buyers and sellers, and with the shipping companies.

Shipping is handled directly by the sellers on Artr. Each seller may choose their own shipping options for their buyers. Please know that Artr is not responsible for any merchandise or shipping problems that may arise. For any shipping-related issues, please contact the seller directly.

There is no listing fee, but Artr takes a 6.5% commission for every successful order. A successful order is one that has been placed, paid for, and delivered to the customer. Our payment processor, Stripe, retains 2.9% of the transaction amount plus 0.30 USD cents flat, not accounting for international fees and currency exchange.

Yes! Artr is open to any individual who wants to sell through us, regardless of whether they already have their own shop or website. Our platform can contribute to their existing sales channels and can help reach a wider audience.
